RESTORATION BEGINS

Pulling the Futurliner Out to Work on It
The Tuesday work crew pushes and pulls the Futurliner out of the barn so they can work on disassembling it for restoration.

Using A Hi-lo
Ed DeVries, one of the volunteers trailered his hi-low over so they could work on the removing the upper doors and lightbar assemblies.

Side Doors Come Off
The exhibit doors on the left side have been removed and right hand side remains to be done.

Both Side Doors Are Off
The hi-low comes in handy as a work platform for the roof area. The roof was rusted so badly that walking on it wasn't possible.

Fork Lift Removes the Light Bar
Lightbar is removed from roof.
