Bud Dinger uses a brake to shape replacement pieces of metal.

Bud then installs the pieces and has them welded into place by Connie.

They guys prepare framework to hold a piece of metal (right). The frame is all hand made and notched for easy bending.

A piece of metal is then inserted in the frame and the edges are hammered over to form a replacement piece.

Wally Snow attaches metal to a framework.

By-in-large the volunteers are working from the ground up on replacing the Futurliner metal. At the bottom of the picture you can see the new metal and on the top is metal yet to be replaced.
