At the Red Barns Spectacular at Hickory Corners, we had the Futurliner on display.  On Saturday afternoon, a gentleman identified himself as Jerry Fuchs, from Fargo, North Dakota (and the owner of a bright yellow, chopped top-'59 Dodge that was a gee-whiz car all the way!!!!)  Seems Jerry had stumbled upon our website a few years back and was captivated by the restoration story and up-dates.  Said he checked it 2 or 3 times a week ever since because he didn't want to miss anything!  When he learned that the Futurliner was going to be on display Hickory Corners, he drove from Fargo, ND - over 1000 miles one way - specifically to see the it. His reaction, " I don't know if it will every get any closer to me than this...but the drive was surely worth it."
